get on a bike, and go- just go

So here is my plan: I will get on a bike, any bike, and go- just go, for as long as I can, as far as I can, and as hard as I can, until I can't go anymore.  Then, I will go a little longer, a little farther, and even a little harder until I have no more go.  Yes. This is my plan.  And I will do it-  I will start today, this afternoon while I bake some bread of course!  And I will do this 4 times a week, every week, for at least a month.  20 minutes of hard riding a day, sounds good to me.

So here is my goal:  I want to be beautiful, not just healthy, strong, and athletically fit (I am so not coordinated, my 3 year old son throws his leg over his bike with more ease than I do over mine!).  High expectations some might ponder while the rest of y'all think that I am just setting myself up for another failed attempt to "lose weight and feel great".  Well, throw the bacon out of the freezer and join me instead!

The details: I will post every evening from Monday- Thursday and document how much I weighed that morning, the circumference of waist, hips, thighs and upper arms, what I ate and how far-long-hard I biked. OK, now, go- just go...
